- 1 tsp mustard (omit or adjust to your liking)
- Crackers or tostada shells

- In a large pot on medium heat, bring water to a boil then add macaroni
- In a smaller pot, prepare your corn according to package directions
- Wash & cut up all your veggies; place in a large serving bowl
- After macaroni is thoroughly cooked, drain & set aside
- Drain your corn & let cool
- Once corn & macaroni are cooled, add both to your bowl with the chopped up veggies; stir together
- Add in the mayo + mustard & mix until everything is coated
- Cover with saran wrap or foil & let it chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Serve with crackers or tostada shells
